SUMMARY:Clare wins European Volunteering Capital 2027
DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to announce that County Clare has been awarded European Volunteering Capital 2027. We have an exciting programme of events planned for 2027 at both local and national level.\nThe programme of the evening will include:\n· Launch of the European Volunteering Capital website www.clare2027.ie\n· Presentations on the journey so far.\n· Volunteers sharing their stories and experiences.\n· Register for the Clare 2027 Ambassador Programme – this will offer training\, workshop and support for volunteers to be placed at the various events throughout 2027.\n· Help us to shape the European Volunteering Capital 2027 programme.\n· Panel discussion\nThis is an opportunity to be part of celebrating volunteerism which is at the heart of all our communities. Come along\, bring a friend\, and see how you can get involved. There will be an opportunity during the evening to meet with stakeholders as well as organisations that are actively recruiting volunteers.\nRegistration is necessary for the event before Friday 18th September on https://tinyurl.com/3trnvefu  WhatsApp 087 361 2119.
