Delighted to attend this morning’s Grow Local Talent Forum to discuss business needs and connect with our fantastic local employers in the Old Ground Hotel.It brought together education providers and state agencies who could advise on training grants and business supports. There was a wonderful panel of employers sharing there stories and experiences of running a business while constantly learning and developing .. it is difficult to keep up with all that a business requires and there was valuable information provided by Skillnet, Leo Enterprise and DSP on the different training courses and grants available. The 2nd part of the morning provided Employability Clare time to meet some local employers at our stand and discuss there support needs.
