Feedback and Complaints Policy

EmployAbility Clare aims to provide our customers and stakeholders with a quality service that is efficient and courteous.

We ask for feedback from our customers and welcome suggestions on improving our service.

EmployAbility Clare will respond to any complaint as quickly, effectively and fairly as possible. . If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service you have received please let us know. We have a two stage customer complaint process. You can discuss your concerns informally with your Employment Facilitator or the Team Leader. You can also make a formal complaint in writing to the Team Leader or Chairperson of the Board of Directors.

All customer concerns and complaints are treated in confidence and are reported to the Board.

Data Privacy

At EmployAbility Clare we take data privacy seriously. It is important that you know what we do with personal information that you and others provide to us, why we gather it and what we keep on file.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into effect in May 2018, gives you more control over your personal information.

All our jobseekers get a copy of our data protection and data privacy policy when they register with the service, which outlines their rights in relation to their information.

Under GDPR you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. These include the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and right to withdraw your consent.
